All Independent QA/QC employees performing visual testing and examination of weldments (ASME Code) are certified VT Level II or III. We consistently employ weld inspectors certified by the American Welding Society CWI program. As a Supporting Company Member of the AWS, we remain up to date on the latest codes and welding/inspection processes the industry has to offer. Our in-depth understanding of governing codes and site specifications enables our customers to make effective and timely decisions with confidence.
Independent QA/QC also offers a full line of analytical equipment detection capabilities designed to detect micro contaminants found in process gas and water systems. Additional capabilities include ppm and ppb levels for H2O/O2 and TOCs, .01µ to 5µ for particulates and leak rates to 1.0 x 10-11 cc/sec Atm for mass spectrometer helium leak detection. All analytical equipment, owned and supplied by Independent QA/QC, is calibrated at the manufacturer’s recommended intervals utilizing NIST traceable calibration resources.
